Shipping and return policies for Iptamenos Discos

Please Note: The auto-generated Bandcamp estimated shipping times for physical orders are not accurate due to current world-wide situation therefor delivery times cannot be determined precisely at present. All orders within Germany are usually delivered within 3-4 days, EU orders within 20 days, Worldwide orders within 30 days.

We store, pack and ship our orders directly to you (worldwide) from Berlin, Germany with our shipping partners DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, HERMES. As we are touring artists ourselves there might be delays in getting your order on the way, however we try to ship everything out within 5 business days.

Customers will be notified from the Bandcamp auto-message to their private email address when we have shipped your order. Important: as this is an automated message it can sometimes end up in the 'junk/spam' filter, so please check that from time to time before emailing us about status updates.

If there is a problem with your physical order, or it is in any way delayed, we will notifiy you via email with any updates.

All vinyl and textile merchandise item orders are insured. We can only provide tracking links for orders within Europe & UK. All CD & tape orders are not insured and we can’t provide tracking links. 

If you prefer shipment including tracking + insurance please get in touch before your order and we can easily sort that out. Customers will need to pay the extra charge for tracking in this instance.

Orders outside of the European Union might be subject to VAT, import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

No refunds are provided if your package is returned for refusing to pay these import duty taxes.

Any requests for packages to be marked as gifts and or lower in value are ignored. We always list the correct value to make sure insurance covers lost packages.

Orders are not split into multiple packages due to the high costs of shipping. Please keep this in mind when purchasing pre-order items as you may want to place multiple orders to get specific releases faster. If your order contains more than one item the order will not ship until all items are in stock.

Customers must provide a correct and up to date address in order to successfully receive physical goods. Should you provide incorrect address details and subsequently contact us after we have shipped your goods requesting us to resend the order to a new address, we will not be able to honor this as we have sent the order in good faith to the address on the system. Furthermore, if you pre-order an album in CD/LP and your address changes before the release date, you *must inform us* of any address changes *before the release date* or we will ship to the address we have on file. In this instance, we will not be able to ship another order to your new address; you must collect from your previous address. We will work with customers as best we can on an individual basis, but the responsibility to inform of any address change is on the customer.

Customers who do not collect their order from the post office due to a missed delivery attempt, resulting in the order being sent back to us, must repay the full cost of shipping in order for us to send the package again. If this is unacceptable we will refund you for the cost of the item only, but not for the original shipping charge as that is a cost we've incurred.

Customers who do not pay for any customs charges due on their package, in order to clear their package for delivery, resulting in the package being sent back to us, must re-pay for the full cost of shipping in order for us to send the package again. Damages & Replacements

If there appears to be damage to your Vinyl, CD, or tape that affects playback, please contact us at orders@iptamenosdiscos.com immediately within 30 days from the date of delivery. This might include warping of the record, scratches on Vinyl or CD, etc. If your item is unplayable, we will do everything we can to replace it, if possible. Understand we are not responsible for warpage caused by deliveries left at front door/porch, etc.

If there appears to be damage to the product’s packaging, such as seam splits on the jackets, bent or dinged corners, print defects, cracked jewel cases, etc., we do not replace items for these types of damages. We do everything in our power to make sure your items arrive to you safely, but we cannot control damages that might occur during shipment. Since we started using 4Lax Vinyl cartons and take the records out of the outer sleeves to avoid seam splits we usually don’t have issues with damaged orders.

Almost all of our releases are limited editions, so unfortunately we are unable to replace everything.
Return Policy
All customers have the right to cancel an order within 30 days after the receipt of goods. In order for a cancellation to take place, all purchased music must be returned to Iptamenos Discos and we will issue you a full refund.



Please note: Our Refunds Policy does not and cannot apply to any digital album / single download unless there has proven to be an error or fault in the music data file supplied. If you are not able to play your music file due to a fault in the data file, please email orders@iptamenosdiscos.com and we will send you a new, working data file, or issue you a full refund.
